  • Advance Health Care Directive
  • Nomination of Conservator or Guardian
  • Community Property Agreement (if required; married couples only)

Each and every one of these documents will be carefully prepared for your personal situation.

In addition, our law firm provides a full range of services regarding estate administration, including the administration of trusts, probate services and small estate distributions.  Our firm also handles all aspects of guardianship and conservatorship matters, including appointment and annual accountings.
